What You Will Do
Provide Clinical Care

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using culturally responsive and evidence based approaches.

Conduct intakes and assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and support clients as they work toward their goals.
Maintain Clinical Documentation

Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within 48 hours of service.

Ensure each client has an active treatment plan within the first three to five sessions and that plans are updated every 90 days.

Maintain documentation that accurately reflects diagnoses, treatment progress, and the quality of care.
Engage in Community and Practice Growth

Represent Graceful Growth Counseling at a minimum of two community or marketing events each month.

Participate in outreach, networking, or educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness and generate referrals.

Contribute to social media and practice development efforts when assigned.
Collaborate and Grow
-
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, individual and group supervision, and practice events.

Participate in monthly group consultation focused on clinical excellence and professional development.

Bring ideas, initiative, and compassion that strengthen both the client experience and the team culture.
How Success Is Measured

Maintain an average caseload of 25 sessions per week for full-time clinicians.

Complete all required documentation within 48 hours.

Ensure all clients have an active treatment plan created within the first three to five sessions and updated every 90 days.

Attend and contribute to at least 90 percent of scheduled meetings, supervision, and trainings.

Attend a minimum of two community or marketing events per month.

Maintain a client retention rate of 75 percent or higher.
Licensure and Qualifications

Active Illinois license required. LPC or LCPC preferred.

Associate or provisional licenses may be considered with supervision.
-
Training and experience with evidence based modalities and a client-centered approach.

Competence with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Ongoing commitment to ethical practice and continuing education.

Speciality training or modalities preferred. Examples: EMDR, Somatic, Art Therapy, Bilingual, preferably Spanish

Compensation and Employment
-
Full-time W-2 employee classification.
-
Competitive pay based on experience, credentials, and caseload.

Typical range is $55 to $78 per session with opportunities for performance-based incentives tied to caseload and documentation compliance.
